We are proud of the work environment we have created at El-Björn. Visitors often comment on how clean, quiet, and calm our production facilities are for a manufacturing industry. In 2021, we completed a new office space, which has been a significant improvement compared to the previous setup. Efforts to maintain our positive work environment and identify employee needs are carried out through systematic employee surveys, regular health check-ups for all staff, and workplace safety inspections. Since we design our products from scratch, workplace safety and ergonomics during manufacturing and assembly are integral parts of our product development process.
